BLM to release only 10 wild horses into Twin Peaks Herd Area

The BLM announced that it will release 10 mares, all treated with birth control and 11 mules and 1 burro to the Twin Peaks Herd Area in northern California.  This is after the decimation of the herd last summer, when the BLM removed 1700 horses.  Here is the full story:
